Viralyz AI respects your privacy and provides multiple ways to delete your data in compliance with Facebook Platform policy and data protection regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.). Choose the method that works best for you:
Method 1: Facebook Account Settings (Fastest - 2 minutes)
This removes ALL Viralyz AI access from your Facebook account:
- Go to facebook.com → Settings & Privacy → Settings
- Click "Apps and Websites" (or "Business Integrations")
- Find "Viralyz AI" in the list
- Click "Remove" or "Delete"
- Confirm deletion
Result:
- ✅ Facebook access token revoked immediately
- ✅ Viralyz AI can no longer access your Instagram data
- ✅ All cached data expires within 24 hours
Method 2: Email Request (Full Account Deletion)
Request complete deletion of your Viralyz AI account and all associated data:

Method 3: In-App Deletion (Coming Soon)
Direct deletion from Viralyz AI dashboard (available in next update):
- Login to viralyz.ai
- Go to Account Settings → Delete Account
- Follow prompts to confirm
- Account + data deleted immediately
What Data Gets Deleted
When you request deletion, Viralyz AI permanently removes:

✅ Usage analytics (anonymized after 30 days)

Note: Some aggregated, anonymized statistics may be retained for 30 days for service improvement (no personal identifiers).
Confirmation Process
After deletion, you will receive an email confirmation containing:
- Confirmation Code: Unique ID for your deletion request
- Date/Time: When deletion was completed
